The Cultural Development Trust has been engaged in training and mentoring of Community Arts Centre Staff in South Africa. The training provided to the centre staff focuses on all aspects of Arts Administration. From formed partnership, the Cultural Development Trust successfully ran a series of workshops in Arts Administration and Management for institutions like PANSA (Performing Artist Network South Africa), Dance Manyano, Newtown Film School and Moving into Dance. The partnership with the Southern African Theatre Initiative (SATI) has lead to the Cultural Development Trust providing intensive workshops in Administration and Financial Management for Theatre Groups in the SADC region. The skills audit we perform as well as our approach to training design enables us to offer training best suited for organisations.
